Why Go Gluten free

Gluten is part of the wheat grain, it looks like a little claw and it holds all the parts of the grain together.... it is sticky!  Can you see why it is hard to bake without things falling apart then???

Gluten is difficult to digest and may cause inflammation in the gut leading to many health issues, so people are seeing their health improve significantly when eliminating it from their diet.
