Anyone who has food allergies, knows it's not easy to find items that fit your budget and...well, taste good enough to buy again. So, over that last 3 years we have been amazed by these four mixes and hope you will be too...
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE MIX $6
amazing, gooey, real chocolate chip cookies...with no dairy
How to eat em'... Place mix in large bowl and whisk well. Make well in mix, Add 1 egg or egg re-placer, 1Tsp vanilla extract, 1/3cup mild oil. Start stirring in the middle of the well, then incorporate the dry ingredients, stir until combined. Use the measuring spoon "1 Tbsp" to spoon the dough onto an oiled cookie sheet, press lightly in the middle of each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 14 min. Makes 20 cookies.
Whats in it?...Gluten free all purpose flour blend (Garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, fava bean flour) Dark brown sugar, Organic Cane Sugar, Chocolate Chips (Semi-sweet chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin -an emulsifier, vanilla), Potato Starch, Sodium acid pyrophosphate, Sodium bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate, Xanthan Gum, Salt. Chocolate Chips although don't contain dairy directly, may have been manufactured on equipment that has also been used to make other products with dairy in them. CONTAINS: soy and corn.

How to eat em'... Pour mix into large bowl, stir with whisk, add 1 egg or egg re-placer,3Tbsp oil, 2c almond milk (or your fav milk). Mix until combined, fry em up as quick as you can for the fluffiest effect!

BREAD MIX $8

How to eat em'... Pour mix into large bowl, stir well with whisk. Whisk well the following in separate bowl: 2c warm water, 3Tbsp olive oil, 1 1/2 Tbsp Black strap molasses, 2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar. Pour wet ingredients into mix and stir until combined. Place in a oiled and floured bread pan. Cover lightly with foil so it doesn't touch the batter. Bake in preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 60 min. Take foil off and bake another 5-10 min. Turn pan upside down to let bread out and cool before cutting it. (I let mine sit overnight). Store in refrigerator, and after a couple days slice and freeze, then toast to eat!

PIZZA CRUST $6
not your plain-jane crust, flavor comes alive with garlic and oregano
How to eat em'... Place mix into large bowl and whisk well. Add to mix 3/4c warm water, and 1 Tbsp olive oil. Mix until dough sticks together well (add a bit of water if needed). When dough sticks to itself but not to the side of the bowl it is ready to be kneaded on a floured surface (about 3 min). Press dough into a oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 min. Add toppings and bake another 10 min, or until "cheese" is melted.
