Why Happy Belly?
I have always been passionate about nutrition and in 2010 my husband gave me a new reason to be. We figured out the triggers to his severe migraine headaches were many food allergies. With a degree in Dietetics I set off to keep my husband healthy and headache free, while satisfying his taste buds. We hope you enjoy these allergy friendly mixes too.
